Why is this blog so popular?
Because I put my heart on my sleeve here would be my best guess. You get
to see and experience what I go through in my life. From the beginning, I
always wanted to allow people to see how one's life changes, when you dedicate
yourself to being consciously involved in your life. I am a very real person.
Get to know me because I have made a promise to myself and my readers, I
will make it a habit to share my life here.
The truth is, it is difficult for me and others(such as my clients) to put words
to the subtle changes that take place. With me and my clients, we don't
realize that we are no longer experiencing the problem, the chronic pain,
the old beliefs that have shifted or are no longer a part of our obsessing thoughts.
I have a trained eye for the changes--hence how I give credit to the wonderful
earth angels(alternative health practitioners that I go to). I notice and write about
the changes taking place. I look back at entries and see how far I have moved for
just that reason. To appreciate how much changes in my life over time. I just haven't
posted them here on this blog.
Other people will notice that a stubborn stance that we may have had at one time
is no longer there. I have a fairly new acquaintance that I asked to participate in
a workshop someone was putting on, fr.ee of charge mind you, because I had already
purchased it. She accepted the kindness. It was on "money issues". Since then
she has landed a job, has written (her passion) a proposal for a grant, has worked
out many issues financially that she was faced with before attending the class, and
you know I felt that same astonishment that often rises inside me--she doesn't give the
class any credit for the changes--when I know with all the intuition inside of me, none
of these changes could have opened up for her if she had not worked on the unconscious
blocks that she was in the middle of before taking the time to do the work.
I could so easily write a long list of people who have experienced marked changes
after doing sessions with other practitioners as well as me. Not once have they given
any mention of their changes being due to the work that someone facilitated them to do.
Oh well, I resign myself to the facts. What it doesn't help is me. It is what keeps people
from coming back to me for a session to allow more changes in their life. That is the only
frustration I feel from people's lack of conscious appreciation for a "job well done" that
they have allowed to take place (because they do the work)--I just facilitate by knowing
and getting to the real issue and find where to release it.
It amazes me the most---the many people in the world that just allow life to 'happen'. They
steer nothing--just think that this is presented because someone decided to treat them this
way as an example. Asking is the "unknown" that people don't seem to understand. Somehow
that part was deleted from religion. This comes to mind because I was reading a book that
I have had for awhile from Rebecca Marina---It is still a free-download book when you sign up
for here emails. The book is called "30 Angel Steps to Prosperity". I have found it again as I
sort through all my many books etc. from my storage.
It is found on pg 19, Day One, From Archangel Raphael: "Ask and command us Angels to do your bidding. We are all designed and commanded of God to serve humanity. Use our power.
Do not fear that you will command us to do that which is contrary to the will of God, for that would be impossible. We can only carry out those commands that are for your highest good.
So relax, and fear not tat you will misuse our very great and substantial power. This is simply impossible. It is possible, however, for you to miss out on many great opportunities for spiritual growth, for better health, for better relationships, for every area of your life to improve.
So ask, dear Children, ask".
We live in a free choice universe. Because of that--asking for what we want or for assistance is how we connect to our non-physical helpers and higher self. They are not allowed to interfere with our choices or lives. Ask them for anything that has to do with you. The only thing you cannot ask is for them to 'make' somebody else do something. That is a no-no.
I originally wanted to talk about the real other changes that are taking place in my life, all related to money coming, pieces of the puzzle coming together. Maybe I have to place more pieces together before I gather my thoughts on paper. Stay tuned for further developments...

How Life Just Gets Away From You
This blog was started as a connection to my healing website to give a diary account
of my journey of my way of life--paying attention to what is going on in my life--and
dealing with it head on--by doing healing in a consistent manner.
Here it is, many moons from the time I last wrote to you my readers. I apologize.
I have been concentrating all my time to learning how to actually make money
online.
I could have shared so many stories with you. I haven't had a shortage of them.
I just decided that I wanted to stay in California--so gave up job security about six
months ago. I had one goal in mind. Become a successful entrepreneur again.
I started learning and getting into different opportunities about this time 2009, while
still working full-time.
My desire is to have several income streams set-up along with my healing practice income.
Which brings me to the topic I want to write about tonight after another long day on the
computer.
And again the testimonial comes as a result of my decision to pay for and participate
in Rebecca Marina's class held by webinar "End Money Worries" where a new way to
heal "soul group" to provide deeper, long lasting changes for our life.

I took the live class on Saturday. I feel that the opportunity
To "heal my soul group" is the difference in allowing to finally
having breakthroughs that I have never had before. Mother Azna
was completely right. The time hasn't been right before.
I am a person that is totally dedicated to making my life better.
I have training in the Ancient Hawaiian Ways-Huna, and do energetic healing
with clients. They have major breakthroughs in their lives with just one
session, so I know the work I do is beneficial in bringing changes for
lives. I do work on myself several times a week, paying attention
to what is going on in my life, as well as going to other wellness
practitioners when I am led to. I have changed many things about my life
through the years.
I have still gone through periods of financial strife. So I feel that
I can give testimony from a knowledgeable standpoint. I barely was able
to pay my rent this month. I am self-employed from an unemployment that
came in September 2010. I am building business in the online world and
doing my energetic work too.
Myself and my close friends here in this area that I was working on
their behalf, have all had changes. They are the only ones of the thousands
in my soul group that I have talked to and have testimonies out of their
mouth without them knowing that I did the work this week-end.
On Sunday, the dresser that I had on sale on Craigslist sold for full price.
That allowed me to give notice on my storage because it was the big item
that kept me locked into the storage. now I have 10 items for sale. I just
sold my microwave as I am writing this. We cleared hoarding
In a class Rebecca gave 2 weeks ago --I think it was Lakshmi's class and now
I am purging myself of all the things I have stored and am ready for them to
find a new home.
My friend in Missouri that had applied to a upscale spa for a massage
therapist job in California, where she wants to move, had a call on Saturday
evening giving her an interview Wednesday--she already had a ticket to fly
out here on Tuesday. She had applied about 2 weeks previously. She just
received notice that she is hired one hour ago. It will take about 2 weeks
to get all the paperwork done, so she can get moved.
My other two close friends, always are running ads on Craigslist and they
both said last night at our spiritual group that they have had more hits on
all items, sold several things this week.
To learn more about Rebecca Marina, a testament of someone who is successful
and has a large following. She does many different classes throughout the year.
That was on March 3rd. My updates on more positive events follow.
More and more of my personal belongings are selling all on Craigslist. I am
attracting such wonderful people for new homes for my material things. It
just happens because I have let go of the attachment to them.
In my business arena, many new contacts have come in that help me and I
help them. The momentum feels like I am at the crest of the roller coaster
about to reach the big dive down the hill. I am just overall more at peace so
that things are manifesting at lightning speed. I will take time to share more
as each thing comes into more fruition.
Just know that this new healing can be done in any modality including Huna,

Opening Up My Heart
For the past several months every time I have been led to do work on myself or been lead to another practitioner to work with me, it has involved healing my heart. It has had amazing results in my life. Each one taking off layers of protection and scars I have had.
Again, I pay attention to what changes in my life and sometimes it is immediate. Other times it takes some time to integrate and yet it changes. It is a testimony to how one's life evolves when they do the work of facing what isn't working in their life and want to change.
This week, after all the other work I have done for the past few months, I had an email to take a class--a webinar actually--to work with Mother Azna working on my heart. This class is lead by Rebecca Marina, a wonderful EFT Expert that I have done classes with for several years. She specializes in many things. I see her as a mentor and I want to follow in her footsteps. She has created her following all over the world and teaches webinars doing actual classes involving letting go of past issues of all kinds. She does "You Tube" demonstrations, etc. all building her clientele. Back to the subject at hand.
Each day for ten days she is leading us live at 9:30 a.m my time in a 15 minute session doing something different each day to open our hearts and again I am in awe and amazement of the changes taking place in my life. I went out Tuesday night to a social setting and easily had conversations with strangers. A new first for me as I have struggled for years with meeting people socially.
Next, my dating life is picking up. My social calendar has grown. My work life is easier and all of us in the office are having fun while working. I easily have conversations with all kinds of people with my heart open. Tonight I have a chance to go on another social adventure. And miracle of miracles,,,after having to cancel my vacation in July because of so many different resistance factors, I just
received a call that we have the date set and confirmed--tickets are being bought as I write. Now that is a miracle considering how much trouble July was and disappointing.
I am living testimony that your life can change and evolve if you commit to doing energy healing work. Someday, I will have to write my
life story of what all has taken place since I started on my spiritual growth journey oh so many years ago. Change is always good and for the better even if we don't recognise it at the moment. Wow!!!
How life has changed since I moved to California. I always knew I wanted to be here. I had no idea how my life would change when I got here. It has been exactly 2 years since I took the chance and came; following my inner guidance with little else to go on.
Fast forward 6 months later and I joined a group lead by Francesca Fasano. She is an absolutely bright beacon in the world. She has such brightness within her that shines out to the world. We met at a speed-dating experience and upon a little investigation, we knew we had common spiritual interests. She at some point talked about a spiritual group that she leads called "Abraham". I knew nothing about what she was talking about; just followed my gut and asked if I could join the group? She said sure. I was recovering from a broken ankle at the time. I longed for some spiritual nourishment, so began going. Through the first month, I realized I had allowed myself to get off track when I moved here. Through all the years of training I had taken, I had lost touch with my connection to spirit. I have come a long way since then.
Abraham-Hicks is a study of universal truths about what laws affect everything we think, do, say and ultimately manifest. Just as I talk about on my website, the truth is "whatever we are living, paying attention to or not, tells us where we are. I call it "Shadow Dance". People in our life that show us what we are not taking responsibility for creating. Those people who irritate us, get on our last nerve, help us realize we are all things.
We have been guilty of what irritates us. We usually don't want to see it, but it wouldn't irritate us if we didn't have something to look at about the action or behavior we are seeing in front of us. These people's behaviors allow us to take control of our life by healing the behavior we are so upset about. I can teach someone easy methods to 'let go' of the emotional triggers underneath the irritation. Maybe in the next few weeks, I will write out the "how to" and decide how best to publish them. I would love for more people to become aware of what we are creating is telling us every day where we are in manifesting, aligning with what it is we want in our life.
The simplest way that I can describe what I feel Abraham's message is for us is "live in appreciation and joy as the highest priority and the universe will start yielding to you those things you most believe and expect to have in life. I am re-visiting my lifestyle, allowing my spritual side to be put on paper. Until next time...

How the Immune System of Humans Works-Fast Allergy Cure Possible
From an NLP(Neuro Linguistic Programming) standpoint, perspective allergies are viewed as a mistake of the immune system. Robert Dilts wrote about the study he did on the subject in his book on "Beliefs". He refers to allergies as phobias of the immune system and developed a procedure based upon this premise.
Because this is a 'health' issue, we NLP practitioners do not work on clients without them discussing the procedure with their physician and it may be appropriate for the physician to write a prescription for this type of treatment, to insure the welfare of my client. Below is how the procedure works:
The role of the immune system is to protect against pathogens and carcinogens. In the case of an allergy, the immune system mistakenly views the allergen as a pathogen and sets off a series of intricate defenses, resulting in the production of histamine.
The immune system has a number of different cells with different functions. The macophage is the cell that would typically would take care of anything like hay, grass or dust(an innocuous substance) that you breathe in. These cells are scavengers. They look like an octopus with long tentacles that reach out and ingest whatever that foreign substance is that might get into the body.
When a macrophage encounters a virus, it ingests part of it but also displays one on top of it like a flag. It's almost like a victory flag that is being held up to alert the rest of the immune system that the body has been invaded.
This flag alerts the helper T cells to possible danger. Their job is to match the nicks of the side of the flag that's being held up to the nicks that they have on their sides that mark substances as dangerous. If there is a match, they will adhere to the substance and send out a message immediately for help from the killer T cells. The T cells coming in ready to fight. They come to where the flag is being held up and explode the virus by injecting it with a chemical.
They explode the cells that are there at the point where the macrophage has held up the flag. That works out fine if you have a virus or bacteria there, but with an allergy, the killer T cell attacks your own healthy cells. One of the chemicals excreted is histamine.
The histamine is what causes the itching, swelling, and redness which is associated with an allergy.
In summary, the immune system made a mistake about what was dangerous and marked out substances that put the active part of the immune system into action. Once that mistake is made, and the cell is coded into the body, the immune system will go into action immediately, every single time.
